- 02We’ll always do our best to accommodate all guests. Almost all our dishes are made from scratch in house, giving us a good control on allergens contained in them. Although our kitchens are open kitchens so we cannot guarantee no cross contamination and traces.Please reach out to us by email in advance to ensure we’ll have satisfactory options.
- 03Unfortunately, we can't serve externally made cakes due to health and safety and allergy regulations. We'd be happy to make a cake for you instead — just let us know well in advance, and we'll be happy to accommodate it.For private hire events, you are welcome to bring your own cake. Before doing so, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that the venue accepts no responsibility for any allergic reactions resulting from allergens contained in the cake or from possible cross-contamination.In the event of an allergic reaction, if it is not possible to determine or prove the source of the allergen, the venue shall not be held liable for any resulting illness, injury, loss, or damages associated with the cake or its consumption.

- 05Yes, absolutely. Please leave a note when making your booking so our managers can prepare the floor plan accordingly.At Josette, you will usually be seated in the bar area, as it offers more space and has wooden flooring, making it more suitable.
- 06Everyone is welcome at Mamie Good’s restaurants. If the child will sit on your lap, you can book for the number of adults only.Otherwise, please book for both little ones and grownups to make sure you’ll all have space to sit down. Leave us a note if you need a high chair. For dinner, we kindly ask guests requiring additional space or accessibility to book the first sitting.Paulette: arrival between 5:30pm and 6:00pmJosette: arrival between 5:00pm and 6:00pm (or 5:30pm to 6:00pm, depending on availability)This allows us to seat you comfortably and provide the best possible experience.
