Our menu celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients, sourced from trusted local suppliers and small family producers in France. From nibbles and charcuterie to generous family-style dishes, Paulette is about authentic flavours, conviviality, and the simple joy of sharing.

 

Wine is at the centre of our table. Our curated list of sustainable, organic, and biodynamic bottles invites discovery, with a large in-house display so you can also take Paulette home with you. At Paulette, every meal is a celebration of food, wine, and community.
